The combined lounge and kitchen has a huge aluminium glass screen facing out to the private terrace, and Velux windows in the roof space making it a bright and naturally well lit space to relax. A sturdy sofa bed sleeps up to 2 persons with an over-mattress for extra comfort.

Both bedrooms have inbuilt stereo audio system to listen to your music around the whole house or just in your own bedroom.

The modern white bathroom has a combined bath with shower above, with instant hot water on demand from the gas combination boiler. Listen to your music streaming from the inbuilt Russound audio system while you relax.
Private Terrace
Step out directly onto your own private outdoor terrace directly from the living area. Jump in and enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles of the Cloudstream Hot Tub. The terrace is a great extension to the living room and has outdoor night lighting to spend your evening relaxing in the fresh outdoors.

The property is directly opposite a Nisa Local convenience store where you can get all your drinks and groceries. Splott is a great neighbourhood just on the east side of the city centre with a great selection of local bakeries and takeaways. Take a walk into the town centre in less than 20 minutes, or grab a cab and you'll be there in 5 minutes.
Free parking is available on the street directly outside the property.
*HOT TUB: The Cloudstream hot tub is maintained and available all year round and on request after booking. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, refilled with fresh water, heated and balanced before every stay. There is a one off charge of £60 payable on arrival for the preparation and set up.
The hot tub can only be operated between the hours of 9am and 10pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours and in line with our standard quiet time rules. We'll quickly show you how to use the simple electronic controls when you check in so you can jump in, relax and enjoy the warm invigorating bubbles.
We use noise monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time and no parties rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot record or listen to any activity in the property. Our properties have both residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must respect at all times. Everyone deserves a peaceful nights sleep when they stay with us, so please choose and book only if our properties suit the type of stay that is permissible and meets your needs.
Quiet Hours are strictly from 10pm to 8am every day, including weekends.
The Hot Tub must not be operated during Quiet Hours.
No commercial activities are permitted at this property.
Age restriction for lead guest is 25 years.
We will require a copy of your Photo ID and signature on check-in.
We may sometimes require a Security Deposit for £300 by pre-authorisation on your card before check in and at our discretion.
