The house is situated on three floors, with two doubles on the first floor and two singles on the top floor. On the ground floor, the open plan sitting room and dining room provide an excellent space for socialising, whilst the long garden is the perfect place to relax and soak up some sun.
Located in Walmer, the house is a few hundred yards from the beach and local shops and cafes, and the centre of Deal is accessed via a lovely, seafront walk along the attractive promenade.
