This beautiful property is located just a 10-15 minute walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Not only is the property close to the city centre, but it is also just a short walk to a large Waitrose and other local amenities such as the Old Harkers Arms pub/restaurant, the train station and many other popular bars and restaurants in this fashionable canal side recreational quarter.
The property itself is newly furnished and recently decorated. On the ground floor is a cosy front room with a comfortable sofa bed and smart TV. There is also a well equipped kitchen with a high top dining area. To the rear of the property is a courtyard with seating for the warmer months.
Whilst there are many incredible restaurants in Chester, the kitchen is equipped with everything you should need to cook a meal in with family, friends or colleagues, including of course, plenty of wine and prosecco glasses!
Upstairs is a beautifully decorated bedroom with a luxurious 6 foot super king bed (which can be split into singles upon request).Fresh white linen and clean towels will also be provided for you. There are also 2x USB touch lamps each with 2 ports. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath.
There is private parking in a car park to the rear of the property. further details will be provided upon booking/request.
With river bank walks, shopping, sight-seeing, good food and nightlife within a moments walk, you will be kept busy, but will have a relaxing home to come back to after a long day! You will of course also be a short drive from Chester Zoo and the beautiful Cheshire countryside.
The property is also just a short walk from the centre of Hoole - an up and coming suburb of Chester with many restaurants, bars and amenities.
The property is also a close proximity to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet village and the City of Liverpool with its rich maritime history.
