Exclusive 5 bedroom, new build in small, gated community. Set in the beautiful Leicestershire village of Sheepy Magna. Warm and cosy living room with log burner. Fast WiFi throughout house. We have a local country Pub and a fine dining restaurant with outside Lakeside dining within a 5 minute walk. Local family attractions include snowdome, zoo, theme park, water park and steam railway. Fabulous country walks along the river running through the village & many country trails.
The space
Fast, Fibre optic broadband and Wifi available through the house. With a comfortable 5 double beds the house is popular with workers and families alike.
Our kitchen is the hub of the house with breakfast bar, stools, L shaped sofa and flat screen TV. On warm days the bifold doors open to join the kitchen and outside patio, where there is an 8 seat rattan table set.
Our living room also has a large flat screen digital TV, a cosy wood burning stove for winter nights, double outside door to join the patio on warm days and contemporary seating.
On the ground floor there is also a dining room with stylish dining set and a toilet only bathroom.
There are 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds, 2 with king size beds. 3 bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms. 3 bedrooms have smart TV's.
The garden is designed with children in mind so after the patio there is an astroturfed area with trampoline, football goals and a Basketball net along with several balls!
**The house is in a small, residential community with many small children in the neighbouring houses so quiet hours outside of the house itself are 21:00 to 08:00.**
