The Gate Lodge has been lovingly restored and modernised, providing the perfect base for small families or couples to explore Galloway, whilst being situated on a peaceful private estate.
Upon entering Gate Lodge, you enter into the stylish sitting room, with elegant stonework surrounding a unique wood burning stove, ideal for those cosy evenings relaxing whilst watching television or enjoy listening to music on the Ruark music system.
Leading on from the sitting room, you will enter a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it easy to create fine cooked meals. The dining area enjoys rural views, and looks over the large patio that is home to a beautiful pergola.
Gate Lodge boasts two beautifully decorated bedrooms, both with 5' king-size beds, along with a family shower room with a walk-in shower.
Outside, enjoy the warmer months on a large patio with garden furniture, a wood fired barbecue and enjoy the stunning views. There is a communal fire pit nearby that will have you sitting out late at night enjoying the stars above. Spend time exploring selected areas of the estate and the local Galloway Forest Park and immerse yourself in rural South West Scotland.
