Take to the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path to explore this stunning coastline on foot, taking in the coves and beaches of Aberfelin below the village of Trefin or Porthgain which has an excellent pub, The Sloop Inn, as well as a restaurant, The Shed Bistro, together with art galleries. Explore Abereiddy with its black shingle beach and the Blue Lagoon made famous by the Red Bull Cliff Diving Championships. A visit to Whitesands Beach, world famous and popular with surfers, professionals and beginners alike, should not be missed, while the tiny City of St Davids with its majestic Cathedral and Bishops Palace offers an excellent range of shops, pubs and restaurants to try, all within a short drive. Alternatively, head north to the rugged Strumble Head, Fishguard, Dinas Head and Newport beyond.
