KITCHEN / LIVING AREA
This open plan kitchen/living area has a ton of natural daylight pouring in and the fully equipped kitchen has a hob oven and kettle, plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everyone in your group. In addition to this, a coffee machine that guests can use to grind fresh beans (bring your own beans) and we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself. You’ll find the separate lounge TV room set up with a Smart TV to access your own Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, and an L-shaped sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

House Rules – Enjoy Your Stay & Respect the Space
We want you to have a fantastic stay, and to ensure that both you and our neighbours enjoy a great experience, we kindly ask you to follow these simple house rules:
1. No smoking inside the property, If you wish to smoke, please use the patio and clean up any debris that is caused by smoking
2. Noise - In consideration of our neighbours, noise MUST be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. This includes no loud music or parties. In case of a security call-out due to noise disruption, this fee will be deducted from your deposit. We are not the anti-fun police but we want you to have a great trip and our neighbours to have a good night's sleep
3. Pet-Friendly Stay – We welcome pets! A £95 pet fee per stay applies. Please ensure your furry friends are well-behaved and do not cause damage to the property.
4. Please note check out is by 11 am. We do ask that you respect the check-out time as it affects our ability to prepare the apartment for the next set of guests (£50 penalty charge per hour)
5. When you are ready to vacate the property please wash up, bag and bin your rubbish, thank you
6. This property should only be booked by a lead guest who is over the age of 21, we do not accept bookings from groups of people under this age. If in doubt please contact us before booking
Failure to adhere to any of these house rules will result in deductions being made from your deposit to cover any additional costs for cleaning and damage caused.
