Recently renovated mini farmhouse with all the original quirky features. Furnished as our home with well equipped kitchen. The house comprises on the ground floor sitting room, dining room, snug, kitchen and utility and boot room. The stairs are very steep and not suitable for the very old or very young.
2 first floor bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The top floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
There is an additional shower room on the ground floor. The house is Situated in the middle of East Norfolk, near the market town of Aylsham within easy drive of the many amazing Norfolk beaches and only 9 miles from the cultural city of Norwich. The Norfolk Broads are a stones throw away. Very quiet location. Pretty fenced garden with sunny terraces, from which to watch the huge Norfolk sunset. 2 eating areas and built in Pizza oven plus a gas barbecue
Plenty of space to kick a ball or play a game of badminton. Lovely walks straight from the house.
