The Space:
The Outhouse has a beautiful living area with a traditional tall bookcase, flat screen TV and leather sofas, the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring Northumberland.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen which includes modern appliances and cookware. Also sharing the living space is a solid wooden dining table with matching chairs where you can enjoy your home cooked meals.
Head along the hallway and you’ll find the cosy bedroom. Boasting two comfortable single beds, you can also make the most of ample storage space in this room. Ideal for a child, a fold down bed is also available and can be made up on request, increasing the occupancy to three.
In between the living area and bedroom is the bathroom which includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.
Outside you’ll find a large garden with a patio, outdoor furniture, and an external bar area. Perfect for morning coffees and an evening tipple, this space can be enjoyed in all weathers.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
