Debenham Lodge is a unique Victorian house in glorious Margate sleeping up to 17 guests. It's the perfect property for multi generational getaways plus groups of friends.
On the ground floor there is a welcoming entrance hall that leads out to the large and airy kitchen/diner which is fully equipped with everything you may needed to sit and eat in the large table in the dining room. A cosy lounge is located just off the main hallway with a Smart TV and comfortable seating – perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the beach. Completing the ground floor is the first of the double bedrooms with en-suite offering step free access.
Upstairs on the first floor, you will find three double bedrooms, all of which have their own en-suite, and then a further set of stairs takes you up to the second floor where you will find an en-suite family suite with a double room and a separate triple bunk room. There are two further double bedrooms on this floor, both with en-suites.
Heading outside, there is a fully enclosed courtyard area where there is patio seating and BBQ for enjoying relaxed outside dining. Also located in the garden is a pub-themed games room with a dart board, Smart TV, microphones, bluetooth speaker, poker table, board games and bar area for socialising, complete with disco ball.
The sandy Walpole Bay is at the end of the road (3 mins walk) and local attractions such as Dreamland, The Turner Gallery and Old Town less than a mile.
