The space
Bay View is a traditional detached cottage offering stunning views across the bay at Moelfre, on Anglesey's east coast.
The 3 bed accommodation tucked away in the centre of the village is a perfect place for couples and families to explore the surrounding area with it's many beaches and attractions.

Externally the cottage has been painted in nautical blue, giving it lots of character, and making it an attractive place to pull into as you park your car in the private off road space within the gates of the property. There is also further parking available for 2 more cars if required.

The beautiful country kitchen off the hall is a great place to begin exploring when you enter. It's well equipped with appliances and accessories for your stay, and next to it is the lovely dining area with it's wooden table and tall ceiling.

Across the hall are 2 sitting rooms. The first has seating for those wanting to watch the tv or enjoy getting cosy in front of the fire. From here you can also spend time sitting at the window seat with a relaxing drink and a book.
The second sitting room has further seating to enjoy the peaceful external view, and is equipped with a woodburning fire, and a functional desk.

Downstairs there is a convenient bathroom, with toilet, bath and shower. Beyond which is a utility room which is handy for washing and storage.

Upstairs there is 2 x double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. All have either a wardrobe and/or a chest of drawers for clothing to be kept during your stay.

There is also a toilet/ shower room upstairs.

Guest access
We welcome 2 well behaved dogs, but kindly ask that your four legged family members be kept downstairs, and off the furniture.

Please remember we are in a residential area, so please be respectful of our neighbors, no loud music or parties.
Guests have access to the house and garden area.

Other things to note
Please note that in keeping with typical Welsh Cottage character, there are 2 sections where the headroom is lower, namely between the door to the lounge and downstairs bathroom, as well as doorway to the first bedroom.
Please mind your head, and enjoy these small quirks!
