The space
Enter the property through the front door, to the left is the cosy living room, with leather sofas, smart TV with Sky and an electric fire. Carry on through to the fully fitted kitchen with an American fridge freezer. The kitchen has a dining area and patio doors to the rear private garden.
Upstairs is the family bathroom with bath and twin shower heads. The main spacious double bedroom and the single room, which can be set up as two single beds or just a single bed. The second single bed can be stored underneath the first, giving more space in the room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property and private rear garden.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
*Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
TRAVEL COT
A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Please ensure you message beforehand so that I can arrange for the installation. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet. (I am afraid highchair requests cannot be met).’’

Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone.
The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
There will be some complimentary *tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap*. Other items included are *a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll* which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is *an ALDI Store a few minutes walk away*.
