This cottage sleeps eight people in five bedrooms, consisting of a ground floor king-size double, two doubles and two singles, together with a ground floor bathroom and an external wet room. The cottage also has a kitchen, a sitting room with multi-fuel stove and a dining area with open fire and a conservatory. Outside there's off road parking for three cars and a garden with lawned area, patio, furniture and barbecue. A lovely Llyn Peninsula base.
Amenities: Central heating powered by multi-fuel stove, electric night storage heaters with additional electric heaters and open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with basic Sky, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove and fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Cot. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, downstairs only. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 10 mins walk. Note: There is a converted garage directly adjacent to the cottage, occasionally occupied by the owners, so access is required at times.
