This is a No smoking property. Guests must put the bins out and leave wheelie bin by the roadside on a Thursday evening. This property is not suitable for children under 12. All guests must be declared at the time of booking; any day guests or additional guests must be authorised by the owner in advance. The property sleeps a max of 6 guests, sleeping out with bedrooms is not permitted. Good housekeeping bond of 350 GBP. Please note that this property accepts check-ins and check-out days on Fridays, with a 7-day minimum restriction, other durations and check in days maybe be possible on request. Pets - we are happy to welcome 1 well behaved dog only. It must be always supervised, and never left along at the property. Dogs are not permitted in bedrooms or beyond the door to the bedroom hallway. All dog poo must be picked up and disposed of immediately.
