With its open and light, modern, welcoming, sociable living space downstairs it is the perfect entertaining / family space. From there you can enjoy spectacular big sky views and the chance to spot surfers and / or dolphins right in front of the house. The house was completely renovated to a high standard in 2021 and therefore provides contemporary facilities. The kitchen sits at the back of the open plan layout and includes a dishwasher as well as full cooking appliances and a wine fridge in addition to a fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine housed in a laundry room off the back yard. Sleeping accommodation upstairs provides a master bedroom and the privacy of two other bedrooms, each with a single bed with very comfortable pillows and bedding, with high quality linen you have every chance of sleeping sound. Towels are also provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a floor level tray.
