The ground floor kitchen/lounge is fully equipped for self catering with full oven and hob, utensils, crockery etc plenty of worktop for preparation, a toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. The lounge area has a Flat screen tv with Sky Q, a three seater sofa and a table and chairs for dining. The most striking feature is the extensive sea views to south and west over the Severn Estuary and the Welsh coast and hills beyond.
The bathroom features modern fittings with a mains thermostatic powerful shower, heated towel rail, wash basin with illuminated mirror over, shaver/electric toothbrush socket and toilet.
The bedroom is accessed via stairs and has a comfortable pocket sprung king size bed, bedside cabinets, dressing table, stool, easy chair and storage for luggage. Again the views across the water and coast are beautiful.
All areas are centrally heated with radiators controlled with thermostats.
