Bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Dining room. Spacious sitting room with seating for 6 guests. Large kitchen with double fronted fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, ceramic hob.2 x Smart TV with Netflix etc, (guests would need their own account and please remember to log out before departure), books, games and fast WiFi included. Oil central heating. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. 1 x Highchair, cot and stairgate available on request. Parking available in pub car park and also roadside parking on first come first served basis. Sorry, no smoking. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles. Note: The property is situated above a family friendly pub with a beer garden for those lovely sunny days, please note the pub is closed Mondays and Tuesdays (car park still available). Please note that due to the character of this property, there are steep stairs up to the apartment. There are also two steps from the landing to the bathroom and two bedrooms, so may not be suitable for toddlers or people with mobility issues. Please supervise children on the staircase/steps

Excellent location to visit Wharrem Percy deserted medieval village, the Norman Mound of Seaskip Castle or Burton Agnes Manor House. Flanborough has the oldest operational lighthouse in the UK. Bridlington Animal Park only 15 minutes away. Nearby Hornsea is part of the Sustrans national cycle route 65/the Hornsea Rail Trail plus has the largest freshwater lake in Yorkshire. York Cathedral can be reached within approx 1 hour, Flamingoland, Castle Howard and Malton are all en route. East Riding leisure centre has two state-of-the-art water slides, a splash and play zone and swimming pool. No smoking. Pub and shop within 0.1 miles.
