Slightly further afield are the fishing villages of Port Isaac of Doc Martin fame, Boscastle and Tintagel, which is the mythical seat of King Arthur. If surfing is more your thing, then just down the coast are Newquay and the world famous Fistral beach. The golfers amongst you may wish to be aware of the top-class golfing facilities at nearby Constantine and Lanhydrock.
