Stable Cottages is a complex of six beautiful holiday homes in Kent.
These purpose-built self-catering cottages are situated in 20 acres of beautiful Kent countryside in the picturesque hamlet of St. Mary Hoo, north of the county. With panoramic views over the Thames Estuary, and an abundance of local wildlife the location offers the setting for some of the best walks in Kent. At the same time as being so peaceful and secluded, Stable Cottages benefits from being conveniently close to town (Rochester) with easy access to main roads such as the A2 and M25 and excellent rail links to London (from either Strood or Ebsfleet International stations). The cottages are therefore an ideal base for families visiting Kent on holiday, couples looking for a peaceful countryside break or those working in the local area.
We have four two bedroom cottages on site (numbers 1-4) sleeping up to five people in each, and two four bedroom cottages (numbers 5 & 6) which sleep up to eight people in each. All six cottages are equipped to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. They are surrounded by acres of rural farmland and fields with stunning panoramic views from inside the cottage over the beautiful river.
Inside, our charming oak beamed cottages offer comfortable open plan living/dining areas and stylish kitchens and bathrooms equipped with everything you'll need during your stay.
Outside, our guests have access to ample parking and all of our fantastic on-site facilities which include our fitness area, games room, outdoor play park and a shared fully-equipped laundry room.
