Summary: Stone cottage was nestled away in a beautiful village… just as described and exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully presented, clean, fresh and the ambience felt very welcoming. There was good parking and easy access to the property, with a separate secluded garden ideal for alfresco dining and an afternoon drink. Loved the log fire. The owners ensured that access information was sent well in advance of the arrival date and made email contact a couple of times from booking to arrival - this again was a lovely feature which made us feel special. On arrival there was a beautiful welcoming pack of food and treats … thoughtful and a lovely gesture. The location in Rennington was ideal for Alnwick Castle, Lindisfarne, Bamburgh castle and surrounding areas. We had the most amazing visit to this property and were very sad to leave. Would recommend and can’t wait to schedule in another visit. Thankyou Tony and Angela ❤️❤️
