Welcome to our lovely 3 bed end terraced home, located in the trendy suburb of Hoole in Chester. With 2 king-size beds and a bunk bed, this home is the perfect choice for families and groups of up to 6 guests, who want to be walking distance from the local attractions. Our modern, two storey terrace home has been newly furnished providing a relaxing, comfortable and spotless getaway. Step inside and discover a beautifully designed interior with plenty of natural light and stylish furnishings throughout this two-storey property.
Upon entering the hallway guests are greeted with a beautifully presented living room to the left featuring plush sofa, armchairs and a smart TV. Further down the hall is a beautifully presented light and airy dining room. The focal point in the dining room is the Willow Black oval dining table with pedestal base and super comfy dining chairs. The dining room French doors lead out onto a lovely courtyard, complete with soft lighting and outdoor seating- perfect for intimate al fresco drinks with family and friends. The shaker-style galley kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities including an American style fridge freezer, washing machine, Nespresso Vertuo Next Deluxe Coffee Machine with milk frother and dishwasher.
The second floor hosts two well-lit double bedrooms, each with lovely, plush, King beds. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated and comes with plenty of hanging space . A compact family bathroom features a bath tub with overhead shower and provides the perfect space to unwind and refresh.
The third bedroom, to the rear, overlooks the rear yard and also benefits from being well lit and features bunk beds.
Guests will have access to the whole house.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen (sheets and towels etc) is professionally laundered.
We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.
Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.
Close to the centre, this 3 bed home could not be better situated for your Chester stay.
Pepper street has an array of restaurants - favourites of ours include Piccolinos, Opera Grill, Artezzan and nearby Thai - Ruan Orchid.
Right in the heart of the city centre, you can park your car and walk to all of the tourist attractions. The Roman Walls, The Ampitheatre, Chester Cathedral, The famous 'Rows' shopping and the beautiful Cheshire Riviera - the River Dee!!
Favourite pubs and bars include Metronome Jazz Bar (small but full of character) on Godstall Lane, Providence Gin (42 pages of Gin on the menu!) on Watergate street and 'The Disguisery' on the rows above Sainsburys on Watergate Street.
The brand new Chester Market on Northgate Street is also well worth a visit!
In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.
Hoole is a popular suburb with real community and fiercely independent spirit. Dubbed ‘Chester’s oldest suburb’ and boasting a shopping district just a few minutes walk from this property, that has won a number of awards.
Hoole should be a must-visit on your trip to Chester. Recommendations are The Suburbs, Made In Italy and Hoole's neighbourhood Bistro - The Sticky Walnut. The Yellow Pig is also a popular spot to enjoy a coffee and a cooked breakfast!
A dog is welcome at an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance to advise that you are bringing your dog. If you have a second dog please let us know and this will be considered. Please kindly consider the following rules if bringing your dog;
-Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
-Dogs must be kept strictly downstairs & off the soft furnishings.
-Any fouling on premises must be cleared up without delay.
-Muddy paws should be cleaned before entering the house.
-Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
