Positive: Customer service was great, when we called with issues with the TV they gave us money to go buy a new TV for the place that we picked up whilst visiting Cardiff on our second day. For the price we got a lot of space. They give you full control of the heating in the rear bedroom cupboard and provide a ton of bedding and blankets, which is great because this is a cold house. Kitchen appliances were nice and easy to use. The location was great for exploring South Wales (30 mins drive to Beacons and Cardiff) and had some stunning views of the valley. The pet fee felt reasonable, and we felt the house itself was great for our dog.

Negative: Kitchen was not well equipped for cooking in terms of utensils/basics (no salt & pepper, cooking oil, no pot lids) The garden was not secure for our dog (missing fence panel). The otherwise clean bathroom had a grimy dent in the shower wall and felt very cramped (better for couples and short stays). There is not much to do in the immediate area and the on street parking was very competitive. Despite this I'd stay here again.
