The delightful, detached Cornish barn is packed with quality fixtures and fittings with no expense spared for a comfortable self-catered stay. The beautiful property boasts an inviting and luxurious atmosphere, perfect for socialising and relaxing with friends and family.
The open plan kitchen/diner is equipped with all the modern amenities you'll need to cook up delicious meals during your stay, including a trend settling Mercury range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Sage bean to cup coffee machine and a dining table for the whole family to enjoy a meal together under the light of the chandelier.
The barn boasts a cosy lounge area with ‘starry night’ effect ceiling, wood burner, smart TV and super-fast fibre Wi-Fi, plus an additional family/games room with a selection of children’s toys and football table. Doors from here lead out onto gated and secure garden. Outside, the property offers plenty of space to enjoy the fresh country air. Whether you're looking to explore the local area or simply relax and soak up the tranquil atmosphere, the garden is ideal for smaller ones to play outside, or four-legged friends to roam while the adults enjoy an evening glass of wine on the patio.
Upstairs, there are five bedrooms providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind in comfort and privacy. The master bedroom boasts a super-king, an additional king room with Juliette balcony, a third double bedroom, fourth twin room with the final room a bunk bedroom ideal for children. Please note the top bunk is only suitable for a child under 15 years of age. You’ll find one spacious family bathroom upstairs, with an additional bathroom on the ground floor, plus a separate WC within the utility.
Trenethick Barns is within easy reach of the coast, with a woodland walk direct from the front door, taking you down into Porthtowan. Porthtowan has a soft, sandy beach, offers fantastic surf and it is well-regarded as one of the North Coast's best family-friendly beaches.
The property is gated and can park up to four vehicles on the private courtyard. We welcome up to four well behaved dogs to join the family holiday. Please note this property is suited to groups of families/friends and is not suitable for any stag/hen parties or large events.
